My experience is mostly with typically developing newborns without serious health concerns. These blog posts include things I’ve learned after a couple years of providing mainly overnight care and support, and I might also include some posts on my work, approach, and other relevant topics!

I currently provide awake overnight care and support, so your needs may be different since you’re sleeping while baby sleeps, or at least trying to sleep! I may list certain products or techniques I’ve found helpful- these are not advertisements or statements about one “best” way to do things. Feel free to explore, find your own preferences, and use those!
